Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations and Check-in

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

2. Booking and Payment

• All reservations require valid payment details to confirm booking.
• Full payment or pre-authorization may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate plan.
• Cancellations or modifications must be made within the specified cancellation period to avoid penalties.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain proper decorum and follow hotel policies during their stay.
• Any damage or loss caused to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.
• Smoking is prohibited in non-designated areas.

4. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
• Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for safekeeping of valuables.

5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during your booking or stay will be used solely for reservation and service purposes and handled in accordance with our data protection policy.

6. Force Majeure

Ardenhills Suites will not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts within Quezon City.
